These terms govern your use of Fazylovauto.ca. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Service work is also subject to the estimate, authorization and service terms provided for the specific appointment.

Website information

Website content is general information and is not a final vehicle diagnosis, repair guarantee or binding quote. A reliable diagnosis requires inspection and testing of the vehicle. Service availability, travel area, pricing and appointment times may change.

Estimates and authorization

Any initial price discussed before inspection is an estimate based on the information provided. Additional testing, parts or labour will not be treated as authorized solely because a website form was submitted. Work will be discussed with the customer before it begins.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information, ensure the vehicle is legally accessible and located in a reasonably safe work area, and disclose known hazards or modifications. Fazylov Auto may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe or outside the available scope of service.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fazylov Auto is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delays outside our reasonable control, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or a decision made without a completed vehicle inspection. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The Fazylov Auto name, website design, text and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
